Our Philosophy

Challenged technically, nurtured emotionally

As the Ambition Dance Company, we believe that dancers reach their greatest potential when challenged technically and nurtured emotionally. Our mission is to provide strong, focused dance education in a kind and supportive environment — where every dancer is seen, valued, and inspired to grow.

At our studio, we believe in nurturing dancers every step of the way — from their very first class to the highest levels of competitive performance. Our structured and inspiring program is built across three thoughtfully designed programs: Sparks, Elevate, and Summit. Each level encourages progress, technical development, artistry, and confidence — while reinforcing teamwork, respect, and joy.

New This Season

Ambition All Stars, now integrated

In previous seasons, All Star–style training was offered as a separate option alongside our Summit program. For Season 11, we are evolving this approach — All Star–style performance training is now fully integrated into the Summit Collective through our new Summit Performance Dynamics, beginning in Grade 7.

What This Means
  • Dancers will no longer need to choose between programs
  • Training will be more cohesive and structured
  • Dancers develop both strong technical foundations and high-level performance skills within one program
What It Allows Us To Do
  • Maintain our focus on technical excellence and artistry
  • Expand versatility and performance quality
  • Provide a more streamlined and effective training experience
Summit Performance Dynamics

Performance excellence & collegiate readiness

Summit Performance Dynamics is a focused training component within our Summit Dance Company designed to enhance performance quality, versatility, and preparation for collegiate opportunities. It is integrated into Summit choreography and supported through one additional weekly class, letting dancers develop advanced performance skills within their existing schedule.

  • Incorporated into select Summit group choreography
  • One additional weekly class — advanced turns, jumps, technical control, plus strength, conditioning & stamina
  • Continued emphasis on strong technical training as the foundation

“This is not an additional program — it’s an enhancement to our Summit training, integrated into choreography and with one focused weekly class.”

Dancer in a powerful split leap
College Preparation & Mentoring: additional college preparation, mentoring and assistance (dance team and dance majors) is available for interested dancers — and can start as early as 9th grade.
